Great quality AND customer service!
The quality of the pajamas was surpassed only by the excellent customer service we received! I ordered pajamas for our family of five so we could match on Christmas Eve. Through my own error, the set for my youngest son was too big. I reached out and Caroline helped me get a new pair in the correct size for just the price of shipping. And, they got here just in time for Christmas Eve! I highly recommend this company!

Best pajamas ever
Best pajamas ever! We loved them! The photo was clear on the pajamas, so you could see our dogs face really well. I’m ordering more as I type!

PERFECT family pjs
Our family LOVED our pajama order! It helped to bring extra fun and festiveness to our Christmas holiday! The images and designs provided SO MANY options and were well done. The pajamas were comfortable and true to size. I was also very pleasantly surprised with the exceptional communication and customer service I received (something that doesn't happen so often these days).

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! We ordered three pairs of pajamas and none of them fit (2 too small and one too big.) The material they are made from is AWFUL (cheap polyester) not cozy or soft, despite looking like they are on their website. After a protracted (3 week) fight with customer service, we have nothing but unwearable trash clothing and no refund. PLEASE, don't deal with this company. Learn from my mistake! Edit: The order was placed under Melinda Smith and was made on 11-27-2024. DON'T YOU DARE CALL ME A LIAR FAMILY PJs BY JENNY!!!! ORDER #2559319

Hi Amanda, We're sorry you had this experience, but we can't find any 2024 orders from you. Your last order was in 2023. Our customer service records also show no issues or conversations in the past three weeks. Could you be mistaken about the company? If you have issue order, please provide us order ID so we can support immediately. Thank you! Pajamas By Jenny Edit: Hi Amanda, we sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. We've located order #2559319 under Melinda Smith, not Amanda Jones as it appears on your Trustpilot profile. We understand your frustration and are very sorry about the issues with the pajamas and customer service. Jenny, the owner, is personally reviewing your case and will contact you directly to resolve this. Thank you for the information.

Perfect Jammies for our little superhero
These jammies were super cute and different from anything else I found. My son loves Batman and I wanted to get something for Christmas with both. He loved them. They are soft and cozy and shipped quickly. Couldn't be happier!

I struggled deciding which sizes to…
I struggled deciding which sizes to order (a size guide would have been useful) but I took a punt and they were absolutely perfect. The pjs are made in a lovely soft fabric and the pants have pockets - which is great for that tissue! Thank you
