I sent over a note upon receiving my recent 10’ tree. The box was opened and had been taped several times. It looks like this was a return and then just re sent to me. I never received a reply. I also have a 20’ tree and asked how many lights do I have. I can’t find my record but I’m sure you have it. I was told to look on the bottom of box which I do t have. Seems passing the buck is the indicator I get when asking something or no reply. I want to order another tree but your inventory is gone.

My new tree came quickly. The tree box was pretty beat up from transit and had been taped in various spots where the box was weakened somewhere in transit and before delivery. Often an outer box is not needed on some items, but it may be necessary for this product to further protect it. I have not had a chance to remove the tree from the box yet to ensure it works properly. I currently have a Fairy Bell tree, but some of the contact points are rusted and it won't light up. I ordered some repair parts and hopefully can get it to work since it is already up on the flagpole. If that does not work, the new Fairy Bell tree I just received will take its place. The current tree has been through a great deal of weather with wind, rain, and overall dampness during this time of year. and performed well. I have super enjoyed the Fairy Bell tree on my flagpole for at least 5 or more Christmas seasons with absolutely no problem. I live on a hill, and it is impressive to see it sitting high up there from the road below. I like it so well, I wanted to replace the current one with a new version if the old one cannot be repaired with new plugs. Two of the contact pins on a plug rusted and fell out of the plug. That is the item we are hoping to repair by rewiring in a new plug. One thing I would throw out to those who buy the tree is to take it down carefully when Christmas is over to prevent a great deal of untangling of the webbing straps the next year. My son got the idea to roll the tree webbing in a tarp like a jelly roll as it is taken off the flagpole. He got it up in record time this year doing that as it prevented a great deal of inter-tangling of the straps. It's an impressive, but simple concept for a lighted outdoor Christmas tree hoisted into place with a telescoping flagpole. I love it.

I ordered my 20 ft 1200 LED Tree and Flagpole bundle Monday, it says it’s still preparing for shipment, and it’s Thanksgiving tomorrow. Emails have gone unanswered. I see a review below saying a customers tree is on back order and will not be available this year, is this the case with mine?? Order# FBUS6215. Thank you for the response! Changed to 4 stars.

Product damaged on arrival and missing parts. Support non-responsive despite reach out. Even after their reply below, no contact. $1000+ Christmas decoration and unusable.

10 emails and Facebook messages no reply regarding my order !! Yet they are still posting ads on there Facebook page. Where's my order !!!

Worst customer service ever. I have been trying for 3 days to get a return label to return a tree I ordered. I have emailed them twice, spoken to an actual person 5 times, who assures me every time that a label will be emailed to me but it never is, and tried using their chat function, but to no avail. Their website says returns are accepted within 14 days, and I am well within that window. It should not take 3 days to receive a label. I am beyond frustrated!

The Goldfish Pond Association of Lynn, Mass purchased the 25' pole and 1500 LED 's. The LED's failed while under warranty in 2021. About 33% of the lights on the tree went blank last year on and around Christmas before we took the tree down the 1st week of January. Those lights still do not work. Hence, we needed a new webbing. The Model we have is FANL - 800 -1500-02-us The color in "warm white." Mureen Ezenden and Ellen Nassette approved a warranty claim who I have been dealing with. I am the Secretary for the Goldfish Pond Association. Fairybell sent the order to Hemsson, but the LED lights we received were the wrong ones. I returned the lights to Hemsson. Ellen Nassette gave us a new code and we ordered the correct product the 1500 LED's Warm White but once again the lights received were the 800 cm/250 LED Warm White. The folks I have dealt with via e-mail have all been super respectful and accommodating, but I've now gotten the wrong order twice. We still need the 1500 LED's in Warm White. Can you help?
