FairShake Inc.Reviews of fairshake.com

I already recommended this service to my friends as it was better then I expected. My phone provider even added $150 on for 14 months of no co-operation and alot of aggrivation. Radvocate had them making good decisions and giving me offers I could not refuse I wish Radvocate could help me with other issues ( thank you)

Radvocate is unbelievable at what they do and they truly fight on behalf of the little guy. And they got me the results I desperately needed. FYI This is coming from somebody that thought Radvocate was too good to be true. Story: My cell-phone provider fraudulently added an additional four lines to my account without my knowledge and quoted me a price that ended up being $130 higher every month. I was paying close to $600 a month and I tried for over two years to work with my phone company to have them right their wrongs. Over the course of that two years, I overpaid by $3000. They never did correct it either unfortunately. I filed a report with the FTC, PSC and none of that worked. I looked up on google what could help and that’s how I found Radvocate. Result: Radvocate filed my claim to the legal department of my cell phone provider. They actually held my cell phone provider legally accountable to finally answer me and fix their negligence/fraud. I ended up being able to cancel all my lines for free, I got $700 reimbursed and credited on my account and all the balances of the phones were paid for. I honestly can’t say enough how thankful I am that this company is around. Thank you Radvocate and thank you Cameron for answering all my questions.

After switching cell phone carriers, the company dragged their feet to reimburse me for two phones that I transferred over to the new carrier. This was part of the agreement made with the new carrier. After months of trying to deal with the company on my own and getting nowhere, I stumbled upon Radvocate's website. Within three days of starting my claim with Radvocate, the company contacted me directly. And within less than a month of filing with Radvocate, I received my reimbursement check from my cell phone carrier. I would not have been reimbursed without using Radvocate. Although I was skeptical at first, the staff was extremely helpful and guided me through every step. I highly recommend using Radvocate!

Cameron and other team members from Radvocate did an exceptional job in helping me resolve the issue with my cellular provider.

They have yet to do their jobs. Not even a month after claiming they sent off papers to charter and i spoke to charter and didnt accept their claim i get 3 emails from my supposed caseworker Morgan saying that they will drop my claim and charge me a $30 fee for whats happened for 30 days of inactivity. I chewed Morgan out for the emails because for one i kept in contact at least once a week and he himself said i had to wait 30 days to try and arbitrate against charter spectrum. He claimed they were "updating their system" and apologized for the emails. And they said they wont charge unless i win. If nothing happens soon im closing my case and hiring someone else. I feel like Radvocate is a scam, nothing is being done on their end. Its suspicious i can only contact my caseworker Morgan through text or email but no true number to call to actually speak to someone for Radvocate. Charter wont respond other than 3 calls i got from them i recorded, and me stating i won't settle with their nonsense offer after being ripped off. Update: I was contacted by my rep Morgan and he contacted his supervisor Luis to propose a change to a different rep. Luis who said he manages the reps at Radvocate was not friendly at all when he emailed me. (I have screenshots) He basically said that due to my negative review on here and feelings on them not being legitimate because they dont have a physical customer service number to call aside from emailing and texting that they dont feel comfortable representing me because they are a "small business" and helped many win their disputes and proud of their service. And he pretty much told me to use their web pages that answer some but not all legal questions; a very inhuman response solidifying my review of them being scammers (in my experience) So the reply below is no longer valid because they never helped me or finished their job. And they cant charge me because i did not win anything. If they did succeed i "would" have adjusted my review accordingly. I have reported them to the FTC Federal Trade Commissions complaint site and forwarded all the spam/auto emails sent from Morgan during the "system failure" and the email from Luis to them as well. Ive heard they have someone write their reviews to keep in good standing, not sure if thats true but its a thought. I told them to stop emailing me like a month ago since what Luis said but they keep spamming my email/cell phone to the point ive blocked and labeled each one as spam but keep getting more and more. Any further texts/emails from Radvocates unattended numbers and email will be reported to local law enforcement as harassment as is ive told them 5 times (I have screenshots of those to) to cease contacting me and close everything on account of what Luis said. Charter still wont budge so id say its a done deal dealing with either party there. I cut off cable and will only pay what i agreed to pay for just internet since streaming apps through that are still cheaper than charters cable and promo scams.

Radvocate was very prompt and professional in processing my issue. I received a call from Cameron, who tried to understand the issue and got onto it right away. I received constant communication from him throughout the process and it was resolved with the third party very quickly. I am overall very satisfied with their service and highly recommend it.

When Frontier failed to resolve any of my issues, Radvocate did. I was in a 6 month battle with customer service reps who failed to cancel my service, failed to send me confirmations, failed to refund me after they overcharged me, failed to listen to my concerns, and failed to resolve said concerns. The only way they started taking me seriously was when Radvocate stepped in. Suddenly, Frontier was very interested and on the ball to help me, and the six month battle ended. So thank you Radvocate for representing the little people screwed over by corporations like Frontier.

I signed up for AT&T U-verse U450 service which included streaming to mobile devices. I also purchased 2 ASUS tablets from AT&T to use this streaming services. Well from day one the streaming services did not work, also I could not use my subscription to HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Starz, or Disney as the subscription would not allow me to register through my service provider. I contacted AT&T and they ignore the issue. I then Filed a BBB complaint and then AT&T contacted me and I work with AT&T Tech from OCT 2017 to FEB 2018, they could not resolve the issue and stated they would work on the issue and contact me back. 2 years later the issue was not resolve and my service was going to expire. I inform AT&T that before I would renew they would have to refund the portion of my bill for the services that charged me for but never fixed. I went around and around with them, even file another BBB claim. I found out that you cannot take them to Small Claims court due to the Arbitration clause in the service agreement. I was told by an attorney to look at Radvocate as they handle Arbitration cases. I contacted them and with 3 weeks of contacting them my issue was resolved and i was refunded the portion of my bill that I was charged for services that AT&T did not provide as per my services agreement. Radvocate is Professional, they have paralegal reference and attorneys you can get advice from, they prepare document and letters for you and they interface directly with the Business you have a complaint with for you. That is the good part as they make sure the communication is correct and follows the law. Thank you Radvocate, what else can I say you ROCK!!!
