I didn't know where to go , I had no voice to fight for me, and I had T-Mobile threatening to destroy my credit. And then I found Radvocate. Next thing I knew T-Mobile gave me everything I wanted and all my issues were solved. Thank you Radvocate for fighting for the little guy.

I was totally impressed with the professional way my problem was handled and resolved. Without their help and advice, I am sure I would still be fighting for a satisfactory outcome. With their help, it was resolved within a few weeks. I highly recommend their services.

Closing out my account with T-Mobile was a nightmare. They attempted to charge me some arbitrary number. I requested an itemized statement to validate the charge. Impossible to read with a ridiculous amount. I spent hours upon hours with who they call experts trying to figure the actual amount due. I continued to receive statements of various amounts. Shortly after began receiving collections balances owed as well, before even getting close to that level. Then an added charge for turning me over to collections. I spent more hours upon hours talking to people that are far from experts. My credit score I worked hard to get to excellent was tanked 100 points by them. At that point I had enough. Began doing research on what I could do. I found Radvocate and contacted them. They were so understanding and knowledgeable, I immediately new I had found the right people to help me. Indeed I did! In the end we reached a settlement with T-Mobile that included complete relief of any balance owed by me. Requiring them to remove any wrong doing to my credit and sending me a check that I used to pay Radvocate for their excellent services. This is a company we as the person who has to deal with big companies can all get behind. I highly recommend their services to help you get justice from large corporations to small. I will continue to use Radvocate should the need ever arise again. I tell everyone I know about them that may require their services. I would by stock in this company if I could! Wonderful caring people fighting for what's right.

Very nice people to deal with who gets a fair settlement on your behalf. Do not file a complaint thru them in some one else's behalf unless you can totally trust the person to pay you radvocate fee which is only 15% of your settlement. I did it and got screwed. But not by radvocate. Like I said they are good people to deal with and keep you informed every step of the way. Thanks a lot!! Your help is greatly appreciated!!

Only reason I'm putting 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that since my specific case didn't escalate, it felt like a kind of waste of money since I took the better package. Now that this is out of the way, let me get to my review. Radvocate isn't something you strictly use to go through the process of arbitration, but it's more like a service meant for reassurance that provides you people well versed with the process of arbitration and intricacies of legal documentation. If I had a question, I was able to ask the person provided by Radvocate and I would get an answer fairly quickly. The best part about this is that you can contact the Radvocate employee in your preferred manner. For me, because I am a bit asocial, I comfortably conversed with my Radvocate employee through text message. The other options given are e-mail and phone calls. They do have a policy where I guess due to legal reasons you have to ask a provided attorney some specific questions instead of the Radvocate employee. I ended up never speaking to the attorney so I don't know how the attorney is. I never asked the attorney because you have to schedule an appointment and it just seemed like more work than it was worth just to ask a question or two. So the big question is "do I suggest using Radvocate?" My answer is that if you have no problem talking to people and have a fair amount of confidence in yourself and think you're not demanding something unreasonable from the company you're filing a claim against, then no because arbitration is something you can easily do by yourself or if you want just stick with the basic package. HOWEVER if you don't have as much self confidence or just feel like you need that extra reassurance and small bit of advice or help from someone who really knows what they're doing, then I highly suggest using Radvocate.
