This company is awesome. I had an issue with a big company that would not budge off the issue. Within a week FairShake got an acceptable settlement. I hope not to need them again but if I do I know where to turn.

I want to be fair so I gave them a 4/5 stars but I don't think this company really cares to help provide customer service. I was excited to work with them and willing to pay the commission for two really big problems I had adding to thousands of dollars so it's not just some simple phone bill or service charge issue. I contacted them about 2 potential claims and I was told: 1. They're not taking claims against my bank "right now" even though their website shows everything about what they do to file a claim against this bank with no notice of any pauses of service. 2. They're not helping with scams (which they mistakenly listed it under something else) when I asked about them. This is also odd and misleading (at least for me) considering they have a whole menu about scams and filing a claim against one with FairShake. 3. They're not helping with travel claims "right now" and that also wasn't mentioned anywhere either. I felt like the respond I got was super canned and nowhere on the website states that they're only providing limited services to their list. So when I asked my second question, they just said "we're not taking those claims" and directed me to a URL on their website. I would've loved to work with FairShake but this didn't give me a very good impression, adding to see that there are lots of customer complaints I read. I appreciate FairShake's concept and service but I feel like it's being executed poorly right now. I will try to find another service for help.

What a joke they try to invoice me for getting a "settlement" of85 dollars when i provided a cogent argument to support 588 with FAHW i now got it back all myself the 85 was offered BEFORE these people got involved and is a joke they want 20 dollars i just read you do not pay if you are not satisfied who would be satisfied? present contract where Not in fine print it said that i owe this or i go to AG BBB

Yes this is Rodney again I will never ask for your services again your services for your customer service I don’t even think exist you offer no phone numbers for your customers your company is a big joke

Fair shake has been an excellent resource in my dispute with Orbitz. Without their assistance I would have simply lost $230.00 to Orbitz with no recourse. Fair shake guided me through the claim process, the arbitration process and ultimately the hearing on the merits. They charge nothing unless you prevail and then the fee is a reasonable 10% of the recovery. However, I was ultimately disappointed because even with zFair Shakes help, It was required that I post more money than I lost to have my case heard before an arbitrator. Orbitz won out on a technicality.
