Complete waste of time and money, cant upload automatically to Youtube, constant error, the prompts don't work so you get stuck with very poor content - AVOID!

Hi, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. During the month of December, our YouTube auto-posting feature was temporarily unavailable. It's now back up and running. We’d be happy to offer you a free month or process a refund — feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll take care of it right away.

Started with them in April. Video quality and service issues started pretty quickly after I paid and featured lots of misspellings and deformities in my content. Content repeated across multiple videos. YouTube removed multiple videos for copyright violations. Some videos did not even upload at all - that's when the stupid "Uh Oh" emails landed in my inbox, telling me to go download the video and upload to YouTube myself. The whole point of faceless.video is automation - what?? User dashboard is absolute useless garbage. Customer service always responded quickly, just wasn't any help. "Refund team" took pleasure in denying my refund request and never once apologized in their letter full of nonsense. Please don't give them your money, because you're going to get frustration and trash content in return. -5 stars.

Hi Melissa, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. The quality and deformity issues you mentioned are something we’ve taken seriously, and we’re upgrading our backend to address this. The YouTube upload failures were part of a broader outage in December, which has since been resolved and is now back up and running. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to take another look at your case and help make things right.

Videos don't work and they won't refund you for their shoddy service. They will ignore emails and refuse to help, even though it's their service that doesn't work. Videos didn't work at all for 2 weeks, then they started working but only generated 6 seconds. Customer service ignored emails completely. Do NOT use these. Try any other provider
Response from Faceless.videoApr 15, 2026
Hi Nikita, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We don’t support 6-second videos on our platform, so it sounds like you may have run into a glitch. We’re happy to make things right, just email our support team at [email protected] and mention you’re Nikita from Trustpilot, and we’ll take care of it right away.

They offer free trial and you think it’s good once you pay you will find completely different prices and poor quality videos and the worst is the customer service.took me 6 weeks to communicate with them and they still don’t deliver the service promised and when I asked for refund was coldly denied. Not worth the hassle don’t waste your time and money with Faceless.video
Response from Faceless.videoApr 15, 2026
Hi KJ, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We do not change our pricing structure or video quality after the trial, all users receive the same service. We also apologize if communication took longer than expected — that’s not the experience we aim to provide. We have recently re-trained our support staff to ensure faster communication. If you’d still like a refund, please email our support team at [email protected] with your full name and receipt, and we’ll be happy to process it.

SCAM. Low quality videos. No customer service. Even if you contact them through their website nobody’s going to respond.
Response from Faceless.videoApr 15, 2026
Hi Kevin, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We weren’t able to find any record under the name “Kevin Stages” in our system. It’s possible this may be a mix-up with a different service with a similar name, as a few people on here do. If you believe this relates to us, please email [email protected] with your receipt and we’ll be happy to look into things and even process a full refund if applicable.

Hi Mark, we’re really sorry to hear about your experience. When someone cancels, we absolutely honor that, so what you’re describing sounds like it may have been a system glitch, which shouldn’t have happened. If you reach out to our support team at [email protected], we’ll make sure your refund is processed right away. We’ve also recently retrained our support team to ensure faster and more reliable assistance going forward.
