I had a subscription since they started and the boxes are 1/3 the size they used to be. Disappointed. Won’t be renewing.

Have been a annual member of FFF for a few years. Have never had an issue with my quarterly boxes until this Fall. I received an email that it had shipped, but it never showed up and was unable to track it. I called customer service and Chandler was very personable and responsive. He helped resolve the issue and I should be receiving the Fall box soon.

I bought a hair product from a sale - when I received it in the mail - the cap was not screwed on well - so most of the contacts were in the box - not in the bottle anymore- I texted FFF customer service and they got back to me fast and fixed my issue right away with a credit- I was very happy on how fast they worked - I sent them pictures of course
