I'm so impressed with the superb customer service provided by Yanna at Fab Fit Fun. I'm still learning how to order my seasonal box...sadly I missed the window to order. Yanna told me that she wanted me to have the best experience with FabFitFun; she helped me fill my order and now I'm good to go with a box of products that I'm so excited to get!

I had a question about my subscription, which I asked via text. My text was answered very quickly and I received a complete answer to my question. It was a very good experience.

I've been an annual member for three years, and a seasonal subscriber a few years before that. FFF used to be excellent but I am starting to get products I've already received in recent boxes. I understand that they may run short on items, but first they should take care of customers that buy subscriptions in advance and second, maybe review previous shipments before they ship off the boxes. My friend has a seasonal subscription and when I compare items I've received, it's very upsetting. They should be more focused on their subscription boxes but seem more concerned on the never ending add on sales they try to push on you

It was getting the issue of packages not belonging to me to stop being mailed to my address. The items belonged to a previous resident.

By far the worst business I’ve ever come across! What the heck! You guy’s literally charged me for having items in my shopping cart? What the heck. I call customer service and you guys don’t know if you can cancel the items from the shopping cart? Are you guys serious?

They helped me get the missing product from my box. She was helpful and nice. I appreciated the help.
