Do Not and I repeat do not order with this company. I was a member for a year and I did not renew, and my credit card they had on file had expired so when I received a charge on my card 06/24 I was a little confused how it went through. My bank said that the exp date was the one that I have now but there is no way they had it because I never updated it. I called fabfitfun support and was told that they have an automatic generater that updates your experation date if the card number stayed the same. How is that legal? After speaking with my bank they stated that is not legal and after 3 failed attempts to get someone higher up than customer service to call me about this I am writing a review so other people do not have to go through this as well.

Yuck. Do not sign up for this! Constant repeats from past boxes and if you are not an annual member it is even less worth it (I was an annual member and it wasn't great). They charge for renewal with your last box, so I got roped into another year, cancelled before my next renewal which made the box I got horrid (so much lotion and a water bottle). Also, very difficult to actually close your account. They hold on to your card info and you have to call and jump through hoops to get your account fully deleted.

Several times I have received prompt replies to my emails; and requests for assistance to particular issues have been resolved efficiently with both courtesy and enthusiasm every time. It would be a shame not to acknowledge or reinforce great customer service with equal cheer and appreciation.

Hugely dissatisfied especially with this last summer box. They never informed me nor had it posted anywhere that if your card doesn't go through after you save your customizations you loose them. So as a result, I received a box of junk and stuff I would never select. They speak of transparency well they need to truly work on that.

I was questioning the $200 minimum value per box that is claimed on google. - Harvey was honest and explained the values based on items people choose. The previous people I dealt with were claiming I didn’t know what I was talking about. Appreciate Harvey’s honest response that boxes may not add up to the $200. All I needed was validation I wasn’t crazy lol,

I love FabFitFun and always look forward to my box! There was an error with my card and my customizations were reset, and I didn’t get the items I picked. I contacted them and let them know and was able to get the items I originally chose.

Every time something is delivered, it’s like Christmas. Such a variety of stuff, expensive and inexpensive and I just cannot help myself. Tom helped me to purchase Paris Hilton’s Sliving box. Another present coming my way.

She solved my issue with no problem. I canceled my subscription because I moved to another state and the box was sent to my old address. She shipped a new box to my new address. Thank you.
