Don't get fooled! They bait you then give B-rate products. I've been with FFF long enough to recognize a downward pattern/shift. My daughter signed me up and the initial box was awesome. It did everything as promised. Products weren't that cool and kind of cheesy but it was "fun" to receive it (took so long I forgot about it) so it was a "FFF" experience. I signed up as a seasonal member and the 1st box was bigger than the intro. Again, the products were a bit cheesy and took a long time to get but it was nice. I signed up as an annual member and the ol' bait-n-switch came. The boxes were almost half the size with absolutely nothing to them. See the video I posted of the "Winter 2023" box. I was very disappointed when I opened it. See for yourself! If you sign up, don't expect a FFF experience

I enjoy the great prices throughout the year and customizing my boxes. I add a mystery choice for my box just to have an extra surprise. One time I had a product come defective. So I contact them and ask to communicate by text. In less than a minute someone was texting me. Took care of the issue right away. Done. They followed up to see if I had any other questions or concerns. It was all from a real person. Had real conversations which is a major plus for me

When I first began my subscription with fff it was great! Lately the crap they send goes straight in the trash, I won't even give this stuff away. Horrible!!!

I have been with FFF for several years and enjoy their products and experience with every season. Any time I have had a question and contacted them, their employees have been very personable and helpful in answering any questions I have had.

Initially it was great. Now, it is awful. They used to offer full sized products of wonderful creams and name brand products. Now it’s aprons, pot holders, drinking glasses, dog leashes and robes. It’s awful how they’ve made this a money maker while duping women into believing it’s something they need or good bang for your buck. Don’t get hooked. Not worth your hard earned money.

I had some issues with some products leaking inside the box all over my order and it was resolved easily with customer service.
