I feel like I was scammed. I was unable to cancel on the website as it kept saying try again later. They charged me $49.99 before I was successful in canceling. I am not at all impressed with the contents of the box, I would never pay $49.99 for these items. That may be why their policy says no returns, no refunds..... I feel as though many people would return if able to do so.

I enjoy most of the products and they are of good quality. There is a good variety as well. I do wish they had more all natural items, no paraben, etc for health and beauty items. I have received too many scarfs and wish there was more variety in the non health and beauty items Over all it is nice to see and try new items

I decided to try FabFitFun with the promise of a 1/2 price starter box, and along with the offer was a picture of 10 different things. When I got my box, it had 7 cheap items but I figured it was starter box for a reason so I decided to keep my subscription and see what I got next time. The first thing that happened was the constant emails - several times a day at one point - trying to get me to spend a few hundred more dollars to I could get "the good stuff." I stayed with the basic box and when it did arrive, I literally laughed. There were again 7 different products with an inflated retail value and only 2 I could use. I sold the rest of the items and canceled my subscription. Bottom line - it's like most subscription services: if you are a social media influencer, you will receive the really good items so you can influence others to subscribe. If you aren't, you get the basic items that aren't worth much more than what you paid for the box.

I ordered the fall box and now the winter box and I have absolutely loved everything in my boxes both times! Also both times when I chose out of the 2 options which one I would rather get, I always got which ever ones I selected in my box. This is def worth the money for what comes in the box. By far some of the best products I have ever used.

I was just on the phone with customer service and had the absolute worst experience with a representative name Rico. I simply stated that I had a gift card for $200 and tried to purchase a year supply of FabFitFun online. I already have an account of my own but wanted to use a FFF gift card I received to open an account for family member who doesnt have access to internet or credit card. However the website would not let me process the order without putting in a credit card on file too. The FFF rep told me "if you don't have a credit card to put on file then FabFitFun isnt for you." What? I have $200 in a gift card and can easily purchase it. After repeatedly questioning him and asking him why he couldn't help me over the phone, he raised his voice and insisted that only people with credit cards can subscribe (even if there's a fully paid gift card.). Shocked. He refused to put me on phone with his supervisor. I'm very surprised that a company like this isnt more accommodating to a limited one-time subscription using a giftcard and no credit card. I really hope they make it right and respond allowing me to purchase with only a gift card.

The box is filled with junk. Lucky if you use 1 item in the entire box! #GARBAGE

I have been a FabFitFun customer for about two years now. I really enjoy the anticipation of getting a new box with fun surprises every season. BUT DO NOT order a MYSTERY BOX BUNDLE. I ordered two mystery boxes thinking the stuff would come in two individual boxes. I was planning on using them for my girls Xmas party gift exchange. All the stuff came in different plastic bags. LEFT OVER stuff no one really wants. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Two items paid for what I spend which was $80 total but again, I would have rather spent that money on two very nice gifts. I like the idea of each box being filled with mystery items for someone to open like a FabFitFun box NOT IN PLASTIC BAGS. Very unhappy.

I loved this Winter Box, my favorite one so far.
