Love my winter box. Still missing one item that was dropped shipped. I have contacted FFF but haven’t heard back will give 5 stars when I hear back. Follow up- Heard back from FFF. My product was lost by a third party. Thank you FFF for handling this! 5 stars! Looking forward to my next box!

This winter box was phenomenal! I love the robe and led light especially. The curator of this box did amazing. It makes me look forward to future boxes.

I just love the box of fun things use on daily and keeps me up to on all new things out and just have to have. Pkging super cute and so great having little surprise every season. If I don't use my daughter is always willing to take 20 something's huh. Have had for yrs and never disappointed even better now with virus more time enjoy my box fun finds.🤗

FabFitFun is great! Cute products I love at great prices. It’s nice, at their “edit” they let people buy really expensive products at a reduced price.

I love fabfitfun! But there are some issues that I've noticed now that I have had the subscription for a full year. I don't like anything about the way they ship. It takes too long compared to when you are billed. Some of the boxes aren't quite as good as the others. I was super excited for the fall amd winter boxes this year because there was so much hype about how great they always are....mine were kind of duds. For me the spring and and summer ended up being my favorite. More products I was excited about and I used EVERYTHING I received. Winter I gifted a lot of it out. Next I wish they would make super small items like pimple patches and scruntchies a bonus item. I am fine with getting a make up item. But one of my 8 items was a small sheet of pimple patches and I felt a little cheated out of a good product after looking through the magazine and seeing what I could have received. Regardless of what the manufacturer you chose is selling them for they are worth a dollar. And boring to receive in a box. Especially as one of your items. I realize I could probably fix this by upgrading my membership. But not everyone can afford it all at once. I budget my box in the month I am being billed and usually budget 30 extra dollars for any add ons. But I couldn't keep my subscription otherwise. Now moving on to add on's.. I still haven't received my item that is shipping directly from the manufacture. I haven't received any communication on this item either. I've been looking at what other people are saying about fff and that seems to be the norm. Now for the good. The subscription box still works. It comes with amazing products that you get to try for a fraction of the cost. Everything has arrived to me in very good condition. And I keep my subscription season after season just waiting for my new set of goodies to come in. I also love the magazine.

Amazing products for the value of the price! Items always arrived well packaged and wrapped and on time. I was always able to track my shipment to ensure it arrived to me. The customer service is impeccable and extremely professional. Questions are answered promptly and professionally. All of the customer service reps I dealt with were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. For the types of items I received, the price I paid was WELL WORTH it! Had I purchased these items individually, the cost would be astronomical. I recommend FabFitFun to anyone. I was very happy with the products (I tried the program for one full year: Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter) and I have an ample amount of face, foot and skin creams, hair brushes and hair moisturizers and everything in between. FabFitFun saves me the trouble of shopping for hygienic and home care products on my own! Thank you so much for your incredible service to women everywhere!
