Received a broken umbrella that I purchased as an add on. Contacted The company and within 24 hours, got a refund no issues. The service rep was super nice, helpful and personable! Great service!

I ordered a box for the first time Nov. 22. I created an account but for some reason none of my information saved and I cannot login. I still haven’t received my box or an email with tracking information even though I was charged.

I love getting the FabFitFun boxes every season. It's such a nice way to pamper myself and learn about new products without spending a fortune. I love the option to customize my box so I know the items inside are things I will actually use.

This is so disappointing. I have waited since Late October when I was told the box was shipped. I still don’t have the box or add ons -12/14. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I was promised a call from a supervisor- that never happened. I have reached out 12 times over the past month and today I received an email that said don’t send anymore emails. If this is how you treat people, you have an awful company. I have saved all of the requests and correspondence to share with your CEO.
