Caroline was very kind and efficient! Thank you for your amazing customer service! It made my day!

I had an issue with a product and resolved the issue very efficiently. I am happy with the outcome! Customer service was very helpful!

The young man I chatted with was very courteous, helpful and professional. I will miss my account with Fab Fit Fun.

Ever since I upgraded to an annual member in January, your company had consistently disappointed me. I never got any of the items I ordered from the winter edit sale. They never shopped after I paid for them. I contacted CS repeatedly no response then i found out the items were all "sold out" despite all still being listed for sale actively on your site. In fact, I've just repurchased most of them in the spring edit sale. All over again. Waiting to see if they even show up this time. Your spring box was a huge empty depressing disappointment. I never got my new years gift for upgrading to annual membership. I constantly get overbilled for things so i changed my credit card to prevent it and i caught your company trying to over bill me $35 again the other day. The agents weren't really able to assist me but they were very kind in trying. Their hands are tied because of your policies. The problem is your departments do not communicate with each other. Your warehouses do not speak to CS directly. Invoices get lost or miscommunicated. Things do not get shipped on time or shipped at all and nobody knows about it until alerted. It's ridiculous. And then you offer a devastated customer a 10$ gift credit that doesnt even cover a product and shipping. And then it doesnt even apply when they end up spending $200 in one of of your sales which is enough for an entire Years subscription. Make it make sense. The quality of your boxes has been cut more than in half. I hope you dont have a new buyer. I hope this was all a fluke. I hope you will start doing better. I'm newly disabled and my husband purchased this subscription for me even though we cannot afford it at all because it reminds me I'm a strong, beautiful woman who is worthy and capable of achieving recovery from my injuries. It helps me engage in various forms of self care despite being house and bed bound most of the time. It even got me up and out walking my service dog. I look forward to receiving my little gifts & treats in the mail more than I can even express and when they do not come at all or I get the run around, it depresses me a lot. I understand mail delays, but these items arent even being shipped at all. They're just being left behind and sold to others after i pay for them like i do not exist. Please, do better. Also, give your customer service reps a raise. They're the only reason you retain the amount of customers you do. I guarantee you that. We almost cancelled our account but their professionalism and efficiency is the reason we remained loyal to your company. Your agents work very hard and they are all very kind and knowledgable. If they cannot solve an issue, it's because your rules or setup won't allow them to.

Ok I will try to be nice. First box came on the double no problems with shipping. I liked it so I was hooked so I decided to get the spring box. BIG MISTAKE!!! Took my 50 bucks and I haven't seen that box yet! It's almost summer and I know I'll NEVER get it!!! Their customer service is non existent! They even eluded that I was lying when I told them about not receiving my box yet. Don't waste your time & money on them!!! Believe me you'll be disappointed and out 50 bucks!!!

I had an issue with starter boxes being sent and I spoke to Irene who gave the possible cause of my problem and how to resolve it. I did as she had advised and my issue was resolved.

As a UK based customer I was sceptical but wow! The boxes have been incredible both times (including my free box worth $260!). Best customer service I have ever seen! So helpful, efficient and kind!

I’ve had two issues one being my discount code didn’t work and customer service fixed it right away. My first box came with a UV sanitize light. Not the herb grow lamp that I choose as my item. Again customer service came to my rescue and fixed it for me and bonus!!! They told me to keep the light and said they will get the correct item out to me ASAP. AHhhhhh-maaaazing
