I have all this info in my email. The pen I (probably?) Broke by clicking too many times. If you get the cuticle creme pen, DO NOT snip the top. I guess I'd say only click two times and try pressing down again and again (?) See, I really did not wait?, I guess? Clicked too many times. The tip looked sealed and thought maybe it's like hair coloring bottle. May no other person do this. If it doesn't work contact company. Do not snip top tip. Do not click more than a few times. It's WACKED.

Absolutely love FFF !!! Where else so you get to pick every item in your box!! I am always so happy with each selection and love finding new products.

For the past 2 boxes, I did not receive notice or reminders to customize my box or add on until a day after it closed. A DAY AFTER IT CLOSED.It is frustrating. I was unhappy with the last box - having to see items I still had and did not need. I notice some change in size of items and the fact that many are not available after purchase anywhere. Not even Amazon. Do they use close outs? There service was A+ two years ago - now an after thought> I am really thinking of cancelling as I do not need repeat products, and no notice. Also, info provided does not always match the box.

Fabfitfun is a great reliable subscription. Their customer service is getting better but the wait times are long. It also seems like repeats and low stock are affecting but great service overall.

I love my quarterly boxes from FabFitFun! There is always a new product I fall in love with. They have some of the best sales and I have found my favorite skincare products through FabFitFun.

FabFitFun is the BEST thing I do for myself! The box is filled with high quality surprises; and the community is TREMENDOUS. I've been a member of a number of 'boxes' - and I've ended my affiliation with all of them except FFF. The others can't touch the standard set by FFF; and I'm not willing to invest the time or dollars for substandard imitations.

Love my boxes I get each season. There is always something I love, something I've wanted to try and something I didn't know I needed! I worried about the cost of the boxes and debate every time I renew my yearly subscription but it turned out to be very cost effective. I get everyday product that I need and sometimes even items to gift to a friend!!
