I tried 4 times to order with the discount code you gave me and a good credit card. No luck. Had to get it on Amazon and lost the code discount.

Hello James,
Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to complete a transaction in our store; unfortunately, the block was due to the payment gateway. We are unable to obtain specifics on why the transaction did not go through, as we are not the cardholder.
As for purchasing on Amazon, there was also a 20% off coupon available - you just needed to check the box to apply the discount. I'm happy to refund the 20% for you via Amazon. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Not a perfect kit
The kit I ordered was a bit difficult to use. I had to retake the vision test several times before I felt it was accurate.
To make the kit a perfect product It would be great if the test could somehow incorporate testing for close-up or for reading lenses, and the fit for progressive lenses which most older adults would need.
I’m not sure if the need for a prism prescription could be incorporated, but for me it is a necessity.
Using the kit with my grandkids ages 9 and 12 was near impossible.

Hello Arthur,
Thank you for your feedback. The VisionCheck does require a minimum of 3 consistent tests before it will generate an EyeGlass Number (EGN). A single test is not reliable. If there is inconsistency in your tests, it will require additional rounds of testing.
As for reading vision, the app does provide an NVADD value for reading distance, based on your age. This is based on a chart that many Optometrists use when gauging correction for reading distance. Progressive glasses can be ordered using your distance vision correction, NVADD, and your pupillary distance. The eyeglass manufacturer can make the adjustment for the intermediate distance based on the type of progressive glasses you are ordering. I understand that if the device were able to physically measure these 2 distances (intermediate and near), it would be ideal vs an estimate - I am happy to forward this suggestion to our dev team.
The VisionCheck is not recommended for those under 18 years of age due to accommodation, a normal reflex of the eye. It is difficult to have young children use our refractive products, let alone obtain reliable measurements. We hope to have a future product that will be more user friendly for children.

Hello MD Karim,
Thank you for your feedback. However, after taking a look at your results, your tests are quite consistent. Your right eye tested well, while the left eye could benefit from additional tests.
When you say it is "far from vision", are referring to the try-on glasses? Were you looking for reading or distance glasses? Please contact our support team and they can provide additional assistance/insight.
