EyeQue has been great at every point, in every instance when I have needed their assistance. It is because of their dedicated service that I was able to figure out that the hardware is compatible with my phone and does indeed work. Their excellence in customer care has continued once I ordered my "try on" glasses, and it has not stopped as I wait for them to arrive at my doorstep in another two days time. They have truly exceeded my expectations.

I had to return the device in the end. The company was excellent in completing the return and refund, including accepting a thirty day from shipping money back was still honoured after delivery took forty days.

I work in imaging and optics and was curious about how this worked, plus I lost my good glasses and it's been years so I should update my prescription anyway. So gave it a shot, partially out of need, partially out of curiosity. Let me give you a spoiler, the end result, the prescription - seems perfect. The testing.... I used the Bluetooth test setup, and found it easy enough to operate the controls, but had some difficulty with seeing the colored bars inside it. On my dominant eye, I had only a little issue seeing the colored bars, but my other eye was a challenge. It felt like I had to tilt the eyepiece at odd angles to see the bars - perhaps that's how they measure something. Anyway, once I found a spot with my non-dominant eye, I stayed as still as possible throughout the test. Getting consistent results test after test was fairly easy, which is encouraging. I did a total of 9 tests over 3 days - all with consistent results so I figured more would be more of the same so I stopped. Time to order the Try-On glasses and see how terrible the prescription is. Ordered, waited. They arrived today. The Prescription & Try-On Glasses Put them on and was magically transformed into Harry Potter. Oops, sorry. No I wasn't. The room instantly popped into sharp sharp focus. What? I really didn't expect that. Put my old glasses on (admittedly these are from 5 years ago and a newer prescription was due, but they still worked fairly well). Boom, the new prescription on the Try-On glasses was super sharp, felt fine - none of that slight nausea you feel when the prescription is slightly off, can I say it? Perfect? Room is tack sharp, no nausea feeling, they're... Great. I wasn't expecting that. I was expecting they'd be marginal at best, like an older outdated prescription. I didn't expect they'd be this good. I'm very impressed. What's next? Now I can order some glasses online and have confidence that the prescription is good. That was my goal, and EyeQue delivered. My local shop wanted $455 for a frame and prescription I had wanted, I can get it online for about $200, even adding the EyeQue to the cost it's much lower cost ordering online - and there are many more options available.

I’m excited to learn more about EyeQue! I backed them on Kickstarter, and had the opportunity to learn more online about them. After getting to their site, I wasn’t sure what to do first, etc., so I chatted with William first. He suggested the process I should follow to learn more about EyeQue, which helped a lot. After completing all the presentations and the information provided, I wanted to purchase the products. But, I have one of the items through the Kickstarter pledge, and I didn’t really want to duplicate them, so I chatted with Amra for suggestions on what to do next. She was very helpful, but basically it’s my decision on what I purchase. I realize I’m rushing the process. I think I need to wait for EyeQue to finish their presentation on Kickstarter. I know they’ll offer their products as add-ons, and I can get what I want without duplication, I hope. However, I may just go to the site and purchase what I want with the 10% discount they offered. Time will tell! Go the EyeQue site if you want to know more. It’s very informative and helpful. I’m still very excited to get it!
