Worked exactly as described! Bought my EyeQue kit, got my numbers, and a week later I had brand-new glasses in-hand from Zenni Optical that worked perfectly.

I use developed EyeQue company device to check my vision for one year. And recently for some technical reasons ( from my side ) I could not finish process. I started chatting with support service and finished my vision evaluation fast and easy. I got couple very professional advices that helped me understand the problem from my side. Excellent company, reliable service, and I already received try on glasses. I can recommend this company developed devices to check vision for most people.

The product simply does not work. After 20 tests, no consistent results were forthcoming. When I contacted the support team, there only response was to blame the poor performance of the product on the customer. The only purpose of the support team response was to insulate the company from claims of fraud because the product did not deliver as advertised. It was clear that the response was in no way tailored to my specific experience or complaints.

They were so helpful in clearing up password problem for old iPhone. Nice to know there are no annual fees and that others in our family can use this on without additional cost.
