I thought your product was interesting and decided to try it out. I did multiple tests and decided to order try on glasses. I put the glasses on and was pleasantly surprised at how well I could see! Better than my current glasses!

The App noticed "inconsistent" results and automatically set up the email to EyeQue support. The general recommendations I received were OK, but in the end the issue went away without any obvious changes as the App started flagging the results as "Consistent" without any changes I could identify.

Company refuses to accept that their gizmo is not very accurate or reliable, which makes it useless. I may as well just wear someone else’s glasses.

Hello D Blake, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that your results did not work for you. Our refractive devices have a margin of error of +/- 0.50D when used correctly, and while the discrepancy may not be an issue for some, it may be more noticeable for others. Nonetheless, we appreciate the feedback and will continue to work towards improving our products. Please contact our support team and they can assist you with the return.

The staff, techs and technology are awesome and I enjoyed interacting with them. Unfortunately, the technology didn't work for me. I do believe that eventually, through upgrades, I will, at some point in the future, be able to use the technology. However, the staff did a very commendable job. Looking forward to the future!

I had no way of knowing beforehand that my phone would be incompatible with this product since it appeared to match the specifications. Even if had worked, the price really is much too high for what you get. If anyone were to ask my opinion, I would advise them to pass on this product.

Hello Linda, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with the VisionCheck app. You are correct that your phone meets the requirements to run the app - in fact, we have several users with the same phone that were able to use our app successfully, so we know it isn't a compatibility issue. It it likely that you may have lost connection while trying to connect, or perhaps you had multiple apps running in the background that prevented our app from running properly. I understand you are returning the device - upon receipt of the returned unit, a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.

This outfit is fantastic, with no complaints. However, the program didn't work for me. The staff and it's efficiency is A1.
