Denzel stated he would send a return shipping label so I could be refunded and then buy the “Insight” model from EyeQue! No label sent... No answer to emails... no service pertaining to this order. Not real pleased with this company Gary

The algorithm took 22 times to get a good measurement but customer support helped sort things out and also put an optometrist on my case to get a good set of numbers. I got my glasses from GlassesUSA and they're great. Much better prescription than the one I got from my ophthalmologist.

PD measurements were easy. The app was easy to use and instructions were easy to follow. This was my first order but won't be my last!

The excellent customer support I received from the reps at EyeQue made this a productive and wonderful experience. First, I had a defective unit that was quickly accepted at EyeQue as a return with a full refund. The rep even sent me the prepaid return label as my printer was offline. Once returned, I purchased another model and did my eye tests. The Rx tested weaker than my last Rx from a doctor, so I was confused. The rep who helped me with this was thorough, consulted with their in-house optometrist and helped me gain confidence that the PVT eyeglass numbers were correct. I ordered a pair of inexpensive glasses from Zenni and the PVT numbers proved to be perfect! The glasses made according to EyeQue's EGNs (eyeglass numbers) give me crystal clear vision. And my EGNs are not simple - I need progressive lenses and I have an astigmatism. I highly recommend EyeQue due to their EXCELLENT customer support and the fact that their reps go to the greatest lengths to help.

Answered all of my questions so I ordered.

Once I figured out to use both thumbs on my screen for the Eyeque PVT to adjust the green and red lines to form one yellow line, and to face the device the Eyeque logo facing down, I got my numbers for glasses after the three tests... I am waiting for the glasses I ordered, but it should be a good pair.

I had a problem completing some of my tests and wanted them removed from my cumulative testing/prescription results. The customer service team at EyeQue responded quickly and accurately to my request, plus they gave me additional information which I found to be very helpful.
