The PVT is a convenient tool to use at home. The how to videos on your website were helpful. I completed the practice test twice which allowed me to become comfortable with the process. The only difficulty I had was in regards to entering the device serial number. The number had two V's in a row which looked like a W. After searching the website for a while, I read something about common mistakes when trying to register devices. I didn't have any difficulty afterwards.

I purchased the full Eyeque Vision Monitoring Kit. I should have done more research prior to purchasing. There was nothing wrong with any of the equipment. I just realized I only needed the Vision Check. The Vision Check was pretty close to my Rx given to me by a Doctor. The return process was easy and hassle free.

At first it was difficult to understand and know what to do but with help from customer support I found that a certain technique works and helped me to get numbers for eye glasses and I used those to get test glasses and I can say it does work but it depends on how well you understand how to use it and go a little more over the recommend test to get something you can see out of, my only complaint is the buttons on the vision check seem to need to be press firm and accurately before it detects what you are doing and the price for the eye glasses if its the first set should have been $9.99 and not $19.99 but other wise it is a good product to spend money on if you have money to spare and get something for the meantime.

EyeQue has been a Godsend! I physically can’t get out to an eye doctor and desperately needed my prescription updated. After taking the test I ordered the glasses based on the results and I can see clear again. EyeQue customer service is amazing. Nerissa went above and beyond to assure that I had the right numbers for a mid range specialized prescription for painting. I would highly recommend this product.
