I was very excited to be able to check my vision at home and I rushed to use this as soon as it arrived. I had trouble using the first 2 times but I assumed I would be able to practice more and get a valid reading. However, on further reading, I discovered that persons with implanted lenses from cataract surgery would not be able to use the test properly or get a valid reading! This information was buried in the papers I received. I discovered it only after reading a customer comment. I would like to return the set but I'm not sure it can be returned.

Got my questions answered right away and am up and going again.

I requested a change of delivery to another country, and I received a few different options on how to do it. Upon selecting a method, my package was on the way within the week.

I ordered a pair of glasses from the prescription eyecue generated. They are the best glasses that I've had in 5 years!

i don't like it much

After realizing I'd messed up my testing (pretty badly) I needed my Eyeglass numbers to be reset; so that I could redo my testing and get far more accurate results. I requested those tests be set to inactive by the EyeQue support team. They were very quick to respond and did exactly has a I requested of them. Wonderful support team!

The Support has always been extremely helpful. Unfortunately I could not use the new device as it wasn't giving me correct readings. I have Intraocular Lenses which may be the cause. Pre surgery, when I had the older device, it was quite accurate in determining what power eyeglasses I needed including astigmatism which was high. Thank you for your great support! I still have my older version of the device that I can play with.

The product, the trial eyeglasses, and ease of use were amazing. My only issue which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is that instead of the app asking what phone I was using I was supposedly sent an email that I never received. After contacting the company requesting an expected delivery date I was then sent an email asking for my phone type and model number. This delay could have been eliminated if the app asked what phone I was using on the onset.
