After delaying a visit to an optometrist for a new prescription for almost two years I discovered EyeQue through a google search. My new glasses, at a fraction of what I paid for brand named glasses with high index lenses, work perfectly. I see just as well as my old prescription pair! Actually, my right eye is even sharper with my new glasses. I am beyond impressed with the accuracy of the EyeQue products. I would highly suggest people search for review videos. One was an interview with an EyeQue staff that explained how to improve the process of achieving accuracy and that helped so much! I have already started sharing this experience with my friends!

I suspect that my red/green colorblindness prevented me from getting consistent results with your product. At least I HOPE that was the problem and not simply a defective unit. Nobody made any effort to see if that was, in fact, the problem. I was simply told that I could return the unit. That's a shame. I was hoping they might offer the unit with a different color scheme.

Para dar seguimiento a nuestra respuesta anterior, hay una solución alternativa: si reproduce el video tutorial (YouTube), haga clic en el ícono de ajustes en la parte inferior del video. Seleccione "Subtítulos", luego haga clic en "Inglés generado automáticamente". Haga clic en "Subtítulos" nuevamente, luego haga clic en "traducir automáticamente". Desde allí, puede seleccionar el idioma de su elección y verá los subtítulos que se muestran en la parte inferior del video.

I was not satisfied with the performance of the device and elected to return it. Support staff was very helpful and the prepaid RMA label arrived without incident. UPS tracking indicates the device has reached its destination and I expect credit for the return shortly.
