I can't use the results from this product to purchase glasses which totally defeats the reason I bought them.

The tracker worked good for me! I had to close the non tested eye to find the bars and then open the non tested eye and focus on an object a couple of feet away to bring the bars together into one solid bar,which seemed to me to be important for accuracy! I ordered new glasses from Zenni and I am very happy with results from both places!

I measured my PD 3 times and got the same result. Used that result to order Progressive lenses which are working great. It is necessary to fine tune the marks for accuracy.

EyeQue uses an automated email reply there's not an actual person and/or the respondent just asks the same question how may I help you? Never goes any further...I would have been better off paying the money to an eye doctor.
