Hi Dipak, if your results are within .25 diopters, that means your results are good to use to order glasses. You should have received an email after your third test that recommends you: order glasses, test more to refine your results, or contact support for personal help. Results to vary, so for some users 3 tests is enough, and for others, refining your results is required if you'd like to order glasses with your results. I didn't order a test from Eyeque. I need an email back with an invoice to verify payment type against fraud.

Hi Katie, we can confirm that we do not have an order under your name or email. However, you are in our opt-in member data base which could have been through our website or by simply creating an account. Doesn’t work too many variables with movement

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. While there is a learning curve with some of our products, we have a TON of helpful tips and tutorials on our youtube page. One really great tip is to rest your elbows on a table while taking the test to limit movement and other variables. I used a Google Pixel XL for testing and had no problem with the test. Then I ordered two pair of glasses and both are great.
