I finally recieved it yesterday! It is very accurate as I compared to my prescription from 7 months ago! Easy to use once you get the hang of it. Have not tried to order glasses with it yet, hoping it's a smooth affordable transaction!

Hi Triesha, can you provide some more information? If you purchased a Personal Vision Tracker be sure to download the correct app "EyeQue PVT" (light green color app logo) If you purchased a VisionCheck, be sure to download the correct app "EyeQue VisionCheck" (dark blue color app logo) From there, you'll be asked to create an account and input your device serial number. Please let us know which step you are stuck at and we'll help you out!

I decided to take a chance on the EyeQue Personal Vision Tracker after reading mixed reviews. I'm really glad I did. I watched the how-to videos and took the test a total of 9 times just to make sure I got the most accurate reading. I received my glasses yesterday from Zenni using the PVT numbers and they are perfect! Personally, I think they are better than the prescription I had from my optometrist. Thank you!

It didn’t give me my results. Entered all my information. I did so many test and it said to keep retesting. After a while I emailed them and NOTHING!!!!! Haven’t heard from them. Said my results are inconsistent

Hi Tiffany, have you contact support about this issue? Be sure to adjust the T markers and crosses yourself by tapping the arrows at the bottom left corner of your selfie, OR by dragging them to overlap. If that doesn't work we're here for you at [email protected]

I found this company months ago while searching the internet for alternatives to the eye doctor. I only wanted my prescription to buy glasses online since I had no idea what my current prescription was. After intensive research I decided to actually go ahead and try them out since I was in desperate need of new glasses at the moment. The user instructions are very clear and straightforward, but at first, after taking my tests several times I was very skeptical about my eyeglass numbers results because I did not fully understand how this device could have possibly calculated that. I had many questions, my email interaction with them was very swift and concise. Undoubtedly superb customer support from these guys! (Nerissa + Poebe). After laying all my doubts to rest, I was even recommended to sign up for a free try-on program that they were offering at the time which I honestly did not even feel the need to take advantage of, so I went ahead and just took the chance and ordered my new glasses online and I must say I was VERY impressed by the results! To be honest, these eyeglass numbers are probably one of the clearest I've ever had in my opinion and I highly doubt I will be visiting my eye doctor EVER AGAIN for eyeglasses. In fact, I plan on purchasing the entire vision monitoring kit from these guys.This is Clearly a Game Changer and I Highly Recommend It!!!👍👍

So far I am impressed with the concept. Just received the Personal Vision Tracker. Have ordered the EyeQue PDCheck. I do think that should be a part of the Personal Vision Tracker. Give us the tools we need to be accurate.
