I couldn't live without these Eye Wipes I have chronic Dry Eye and they receive the itching immediately Unfortunately I bought rather a large order which is coming to an end soon and find the last several boxes have been a little dry but okay Thankyou for your wonderful product. Carole

It doesn't seem to get hot enough even on the highest setting . Also the vibration is annoying, so I turned it off . My heat up eye pads are better .

The EyeMos mask is easy to use, very comfortable, and helps keep the oil glands in my eyelids operating properly. The REALief Dry Eye Wipes used after the eye mask are convenient and soothing. Together these two products have reduced my dry eyes and eliminated two to three times a day use of single-use sterile eye drops. As a result, I am using the product consistently which is making my eyes function far better.

I love Eyemos mask, it is the best mask I have ever used. I used to take drops 6 to 8 times a day and now take them three times a day. My eye doctor told me that my eyes look really good. I also use your eye wipes and they are really good. The best I have ever used they make my eyes feel so refreshed. Also, Dianne from Customer Service is A1 anytime I’ve had a problem. She’s right on top of it and follows up within 24 hours.

The product itself was ok. I bought their eyemask and dry eye wipes. They promptly locked me into regular resupply without me asking for it. I emailed them and they replied that they terminated the on going supply. Next email I received said that my order will be sent in two days. I immediately went on their website and cancelled any further orders. Then I get an email asking me why I cancelled something I never ordered. AVOID them at all costs. Extremely pushy!!!!

Our subscription option is offered at a discounted price alongside the one-time purchase option, and it can be cancelled at any time. That said, if it wasn’t sufficiently clear to you at checkout that you were selecting recurring deliveries, that is feedback we take seriously. We do not want customers feeling surprised by a subscription after purchasing. From what you described, our team cancelled the ongoing deliveries as soon as you contacted us. The later email asking why you cancelled was simply a cancellation feedback message, not another order and not an attempt to reactivate anything. We completely understand how the sequence of emails could have felt pushy after you had already asked for the subscription to stop. Your cancellation has been processed and there will be no further recurring orders. We’d also like to make this up to you a little.
