I wish I could say I've enjoyed the benefits of this eyemask, but I never received it. A supposed customer service person texted me to confirm my address and attempt to upsell me on other products, which I declined. Then I got a confirmation email that the order was placed and they'd let me know when it shipped. The customer service person had said it would ship 1-3 days after the confirmation email and that's the last I've heard from them. It's a week later and no responses to my emails asking when it would ship and when I check their website for my order, it says it doesn't exist. I bought straight from Eyemos.com because I don't believe in supporting Jeff Bezos and his politics, so this isn't an Amazon problem, it's a direct issue with the company. From my perspective, the company is a scam and doesn't exist.

I really like the eye wipes. I don't even have to use drops much now, after using each night, I feel great. Sure beats the Restisis the Dr gave me, I reacted and couldn't even wear my classes, my face was so sore. I ordered the wipes and so glad, on my second order now. Thank you

This mask really helps with my dry eyes. It is extremely relaxing to use.

I have been suffering from dry eyes for over 20 years. These wipes are the best I have found. My eye lashes are growing back!

I liked the soothing moisture of the pads. I got rid of the "sand" from the corners & lashes...without any discomfort.

I love the way this mask does not put pressure on your eye itself. The ability to spray the mask for moist heat is a bonus. Best of all - I had a question and their customer service was excellent. This has become my favourite mask…and I’ve bought more than a few of other brands.

I purchased the wipes. Rarely have items I've purchased from a Facebook advertisement lived up to their claims. I've been diagnosed with age-related dry eye. I've used several different brands of eye drops, some recommended by doctors, others by friends. IF they did anything to help, it was very temporary, and other effects were negligible. Even with drops, I was still seeing double. I started using the dry eye wipes only two days ago, and I'M TOTALLY PLEASED! My eyes are no longer sore feeling, and my vision has dramatically improved! I TOTALLY recommend the use of these wipes.
