I love your product, and I have shared a few with my sister-in-law, who just had cataract surgery and has dry eyes. 😊✨ I told her about Eyemos amazing dry eye pads and the relief I have experienced using them along with Eyemos' heated moist massage mask. 💧👁️ I have been very successful in finding relief from dry irritated eyelids. ✅😌 I enjoy not having to wash off the solution, and its cooling and soothing effect, nice aroma. 🧊🍃 I have used three other brands of eyelid pads, and this is my favorite. 👍🌟 Another plus is Eyemos packets are easy to carry in my purse or pocket and large type instructions easy to read. 👜📖 Packets are sturdy yet easy to open. 📦🙌 This is very helpful when I've had especially dry, blurry eyes, as it is easy to feel where to tear open the package. 👀🔍 The pad has a generous amount of solution and soft pad material. I like very much that I do not have to wash it off as other products require. 💧✨ I have been able to reduce my need for two or more daily treatments; however, during pollen season or hot, dry dusty weather, I have a wonderful portable effective way to clean and refresh my eyes. 🌤️🌿 Huge shout out to the team for the super accurate shipping notifications and careful packaging! My orders always arrive right on time, even if my local mail service hasn't been the gentlest with the delivery boxes lately. 📦✨ I spoke to my local delivery person. I have used the eye mask about 3 times per week for the past few weeks. My dry eye symptoms are noticeably improved. The mask is relatively comfortable although it is a tad big for my eyes. The heat in the mask takes several minutes to get to full strength and cools off quickly when the 15 minutes is complete. The heat is very nice once at full strength. I wish the timer could go for 20 minutes.

The pads work for my eyes. They are clear and my vision seems better. I have used 3 boxes now. I ordered more but I don't remember the first 3 boxes taking so long to arrive. It has been 2 weeks now and no sign of the next order. I ordered something similar from Amazon since I ran out and I can tell you they are not as good. I hope my next order comes soon.

I use and benefit from using the Eyemos heat mask. After using it twice a day for 6 weeks, my ophthalmologist was surprised by how my corneas had improved. (You need to provide your own charger; none comes with the heat mask. Be sure to take the instructions with you if you have to shop for one. I bought one locally at big box store.) However, I found the ordering process a bit challenging. The Eyemos people suggest you get the eye wipes. I might have done so if the ordering of them had been clear and simple. It seemed, by ordering the eye wipes, you are committing to a subscription of monthly eye wipes. That is the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. The mask really deserves 5 stars.

Update to my previous review below. I had several conversations with EyeMos about the order in question. They said they did not understand what had happened and wanted to make it right. They refunded her money and placed another order, which she did get. It is still a very odd story, but we appreciate their efforts to resolve the issue. Previous review: My sister ordered the dry eye supplement and after several weeks and several emails, she finally convinced the customer support person she wanted the product, not a refund. Tracking had shown that they never actually received the product to ship. Today she got a small package containing six ultra cheapie elastic bracelets. WTF??? No response from emails now. SCAM!!!

The eye mask feels wonderful on my eyes and I fall asleep almost every time I use it. It has not eliminated to discomfort in my eyes, but does help. Customer service is also very responsive. My mask all of the sudden seemed to quit heating. I reached out to customer support, and they responded quickly. My problem stemmed from using an adaptor that was not strong enough. When I plugged the mask directly into the usb port on a power strip, it worked perfectly. The mask does not come with a power adaptor, so you need to use a power strip or a higher rated adaptor than a cell phone adaptor.

I genuinely want to say that your product made a noticeable difference for me. Within just three days, I experienced significant improvement , no more heavy eyes or random pain. The vibration and heat functions also provided great relief for my sinus congestion. I ordered eye wipes and second mask for my mum..

Love the longer cord so I can lay on couch while using the mask. Would give it 5 stars if it came with the 5 volt adapter which allows the 55 temp. To me it makes a BIG difference. Works great and is comfortable to use.
