Process of ordering was simple

Super fast and friendly! Great hours too! I hate glasses (for me) but their products are of sound quality!

In the past, I used Eyemart Express and they made two pairs of glasses quickly and I was happy. A couple of years pass- i moved and my prescription changed so first I tried to order from them online. There was 1 question which you can’t answer unless you are an optometrist-the measurement from the pupil to the bridge of the nose. It isn’t on my prescription and you can’t order glasses unless you know that. Fine, so I went to the nearest store and waited an hour and a half for nothing. There was one person in the whole store that was answering phones, helping to adjust customer’s glasses and setting up orders for new glasses. I don’t believe there was anyone in the back working on making glasses as she would go in the back herself to see if an order was ready. There were signs on the door announcing temporary closing hours at 5pm rather than 7pm. This store at 71st and Sheridan, in Tulsa OK definitely needs more help-at least a receptionist and another technician or two. One person handling such a high traffic store is ridiculous! Eyemart Express-do better!

Fanastic experience. Ordered my glasses online and they promptly contacted me about a prescription error. Had my new glasses in less than a week and I love them! Great price, great customer service, great product.

I was able to find two pair of glasses that I liked. And after filling out the order, my prescription was out of date. Then the customer service advised me to bring my prescription up to date. They made it easy for me to fallow the specific requirements and to continue the order. Eyemart is great place to find glasses for a great price.

The glasses were really dirty and it looked like it was glue,had a really hard time removing it
