First, let me say, I have been a long time customer of Eyemart. Today, I arrived at the Columbia SC store at 9 am and purchased a pair of progressive glasses. Store personnel were very helpful. But, after I returned home (17 miles) I saw that the lenses were very distorted with a circle on each lens. I returned to the store and showed the lenses to the individual helping me and she apologized for the error and said they needed to remake. I waited 2 hours, by this time it was 2:30 and the glasses came out and they were totally unacceptable. The lenses were very thick on a very simple +1.25 with 2.75 add. Anastacia helped me and she apologized and agreed the lenses were totally unacceptable. She refunded my money and understood my dissatisfaction with the glasses, she was very nice. The laboratory at this location is totally non functional. The machines are not working correctly, the lab personnel is new with one in training. I spent from 9 am until 2:30 pm trying to get a pair of progressive lenses before I go to hospital next week for a procedure, only to end up with an order returned due to lab error. I observed several folks unhappy with glasses while there. Please, please do better for folks depending on your Company to provide eyeware that is made correctly and 100% according to prescription. We don't ask much, just provide us what we pay for, glasses that help us to see.

I ordered my glasses last Friday and my glasses is said to arrive Thursday. Almost a whole week later.

Dishonest, and don't follow through with your word. You created the shipping label 26 hours ago. But it still hasn't been picked up and you promised it would be on its way within 20 4:00 after creating the label. What should have been sooner? But you didn't follow through on your word on anything. I don't do business with people like that.

They told me that my glasses ordered where varilux physio w3. When I asked about receipt upon picking up glasses. I was told they couldn't confirm thats the lenses that the company sent. I also requested district manager phone number. I was told they don't have one. Sales people on commission lying about products to close deals.

The only thing that went well is the exam. I had to return 4 tines with my first pair of glasses to get them adjusted Then we replaced with another pair. Again I was back 4 times to get the 2nd pair adjusted. They still aren't right. Im so disappointed

Terrible service. When I went in, there were two or three gals yukking it up behind a closed glass door; no one else in sight. Finally dufus number four arrived and when I mentioned I'd been waiting, he said he just got back from lunch. Also no mention on the website but do not expect to get same day service if you want coated lenses--that's seven to 10 days like everywhere else. Stay away!

Routine eye examine, I and my wife was told that we was covered by my insurance however after the examination we was billed $50 each..last year was great, something has changed with this company, we was told that they coded it wrong, still no help. be careful.
