I had a great experience when I went in there. Everybody was so nice and polite.

I went to my local Eyemart Express and the lady was great!! the problem was the glasses i wanted to buy was about $ 300.00 more than they were online. Eyemart should honor online prices in thier stores.

In my ten years of repeated purchases at Eyemart Express, they've proven themselves to be a reliable, attentive business that focuses on delivering quality products in a timely manner. My latest experience was challenging because my prescription is relatively complicated (translated: more expensive). Jess (at the Boise, Idaho location) helped me with lenses that "fogged" in less than a year. She is the best example yet of an empathetic, respectful, extremely talented technician any vision clinic could ever hope to employ. The lens failure was quite likely my fault, I accepted responsibility, but Jess still expressed concern, then carefully walked me through every option for workable affordable solutions. I'm moving out of state soon but plan to see her again if the need arises.

I am reviewing the store in Tulsa, Oklahoma off of Admiral. I have used this store for many years and was in there to get new glasses and I have to give a great review to a gentleman named Draven. I’ve worked with other people there and he is so helpful and kind and polite. I really did appreciate him. He was very knowledgeable as well and help me get a problem corrected. So if someone goes in there, I would advise them to ask for Draven.

The glasses are loose. The right side arm is crooked.

It was in the eye Dr part, never made it to the sales floor. VERY RUDE. I had rescheduled this appointment, so my son and I go to our apointment... First off the office lady who was covered in tattoos and piercings was so rude. Then annoyed that we were there because she said we weren't on the schedule and they were too busy to fit us in. Will not be going back ever
