I uploaded a new RX for my new order of glasses and EE lost it, then they did not inform me that they had done so. I finally contacted customer service to find out what happened and Kassie helped me get my order going. Then the shipping was incredibly slow due to the failures of the USPS. So my eyeware is great but it was a big hassle ordering it and getting it delivered.

Order was easy to make and looking forward to seeing how well the glasses are made.

Routine eye examine, I and my wife was told that we was covered by my insurance however after the examination we was billed $50 each..last year was great, something has changed with this company, we was told that they coded it wrong, still no help. be careful.

I just received awesome customer service from Valerie in Amarillo. She's very knowledgeable and passionate on making the customer feel at ease when picking out frames and answering questions. I highly recommend Valerie to everyone.
