Eyemart ExpressReviews of eyemartexpress.com

I have reviewed the store on Odana Rd. in Madison, WI a couple of years ago. I have to admit I gave them 5 stars then. If I could I would give them 6 stars now. They have the best employees of any business I've been to. From the doctor to the great ladies Manning, Krissy, and Dixie, I feel couldn't have been in better hands. I don't know how their other stores operate but if they need an example of how to run a store and take care of a customer this should be their example. I will never go anywhere else for my eyeglass needs!

Quick service . Fit was great and the employees at the local store (Charleston WV) are excellent and very helpful even tho it was an online order. Would definitely buy again.

The people who work there are wonderful! Madison was very helpful in my decision to purchase.

I love these glasses and how fast they ship them.

I needed my glasses right away. The website didn't allow you to select shipping; however, I emailed the company after I placed my order, asking for it to be expedited. They responded quickly and had my order shipping the next day. Thank you for being responsive and communicating details.

I've been a client for over 5 years I come in once a year for new glasses. Every time I come in I get Jeannie. She is amazing, always willing to help. She knows how to fit in glasses that compliment you. She goes over all your options and makes sure your happy with your purchase. I would give 10 stars if I could. She is the reason I keep comming back. Customer service is so hard to get anywhere. To be fair the other ladies here are friendly but I prefer Jeannie. A big shout out and thank you for your years of helping me. I would also like to thank Tori from customer service. I was unable to write the review for Jeannie on line. Tori was friendly and explained what I needed to do I told her I tried and it did not work. Then I explained why it was important to me to write this review. Tori thought it was important to recognize Jeannie to. She posted the review to my email. I fill she also went out of her way to help me. So a big thank you Tori!!!! KUDOS TO EYEMART. You really do care about your customers, I hope you acknowledge these employees for there customer service and truly caring

I just had to take a second to give a rave review about Cinnamon. We went in to pick up my daughter's glasses, which Elizabeth helped us order & also did a great job, Cinnamon commented on my glasses. I told her that a few weeks back that a lense popped out & that the lab was able to heat up my frames so that the lense wouldn't pop out. After mentioning this she immediately ordered me a new pair of frames & lenses. She felt, and I agreed, that although functional, the glasses had lost their integrity. Thank you Cinnamon. I appreciate you & your work ethic is the reason my family will continue to use Eyemart Express!! We love you too, Elizabeth!

Placed the order yesterday and in the mail today! Waiting to see when it will arrive. Thank you Oops my mistake, said on its way, only a shipping label was made. Glasses have not shipped.
