It said they were delivered and they literally didn’t show up

Everything was good until I waned to check on my order! Your system asks for you email and then sends a code to your email, when you go out to get the verification code it makes I very difficult to. You should as for the customers phone number then when the code is sent you can put it in from that screen and you don’t have to go in and out of email, and never able to insert the code!!

Unbelievably fast delivery and it was correct Rx, and looked even better on me than in virtual try on. AAA++++👍😁

the only reason I give 1 star is for time. the reason I didn't give more than 1 star is because they changed my prescription to something that was SO OFF!! that there was no way I could use the glasses. Just putting them on made me dizzy!!

Kinsley was helpful, kind, and got me a great deal, (BOGO), on 2 complete pairs of bifocals in frames that look great and stayed within my budget. She was awesome when it came down to my indecisiveness in choosing only 2 frames out of the dozen or more that I liked. Kinsley was patient, yet kept me going in the right direction by eliminating a couple frames at a time until we had the 2 favorites I purchased. She listened to me carefully and kept my total costs at the price point I needed. ($225). She gave me her full attention the entire time I was in the store. The lab made both sets of glasses in under a half hour! All in all an enjoyable experience in under a hour thanks to Ms. Kinsley!!! I definitely recommend her to everyone!!
