They charged me an extra $30 out of nowhere. The total when I went through checkout and in the confirmation email was much less. And the quality of the material used feels cheap. Also, instead of accepting and starting to work on my order they made me resend the information I already gave them, delaying my order from arriving when it should have, and at no point when they were emailing with me did they mention anything about the extra charge.

My son has strabismus and he needed glasses ASAP and I was able to get them made same day. I had some questions about my online order and Kassie helped me out. I really appreciated her help today and my son LOVES his glasses. Thank you.

Easy to purchase and get back to you immediately

I tried to make a purchase instore after seeing the online offer of half off and buy one get one for instore and had issues, first they said my prescription wasn't valid because part of the picture cut off the Drs Signature. Secondly, I asked if I could at least get a quote, she quoted me for one pair just over $300. I was confused and showed her that the one I had in my cart on my phone was around $150 with all the same options. Confused at first she stated that it must just be an online thing and they only offered the buy one get one. I was under the impression the 50% sale and the buy one get one worked together as I'm in desperate need of prescription sunglasses for driving and progressive lenses for everyday stuff. Disappointing to say the least.

Initially I had a difficult time getting the progressive glasses ‘right’ but they stayed with me and with the help specifically of Elaine at the Tunnel Road location in Asheville, three was a charm, and my glasses are perfect. I truly appreciate them ensuring that my glasses worked out perfectly for me!

Well I went to the store first thinking to take advantage of the sale. But the sale was only online. The girl that helped me took her time to naviagate my insurance. She also found the frames that I was looking at so I could be sure when I ordered them online. Overall a good experience
