I went to the store as usual. My choices were cheaper with the online app. The attendant helped me (wonderful) order arrived in mail. I can not wear these glasses. It's like looking through a tube. Clear as long as your vision is centered, the peripheral is blurry. I have to move reading material in or out to focus to read. Will not use online again. I have always used the store except this time. The store has always done a wonderful job.

They have a wide assortment of frames at decent pricing.

Everything has gone smoothly so far, we'll see after I receive my glasses. The glasses were ready sooner than I anticipated. Customer service was top notch!

Went to your local store. Was quoted around $700. No one mentioned the online sale going on. Fortunately I checked and found a much better deal. Very poor customer care.

My glasses came today and they are PERFECT! SO easy to order and got 2 pair of glasses for less than what I paid for one!

I purchased glasses from you the last 3 or 4 years and purchased the warranty but never had to use it ,this year i didn't purchased it and was told i had a year warranty but to find out it was on the frame only .I went in the store sept 3.2025 and was told to pay $265 for new lenses plus i never had my lenses to scratch soooo bad but this time a different type oh lenses was put in my glasses by the sale woman .I will never come back because it was wrong and a manager said she will pay off of the $265 and I'm just not satisfied how i was treated.

All the people are so nice and helpful here. Allyson helps us out most of the time. We also appreciate the care plan as we have kids who are rather rough on their glasses--or their friends are so rough on my kids' glasses! We've had their glasses adjusted and even replaced in the past, and they've been adjusted this year already at least three times in just two months! We've gone here for several years and plan to continue.
