Unfortunately the frames I ordered did not work for me. The return process was easy and refund came fairly quickly. I would try another style but when you have to pay return shipping, well it's not worth it for me.

One of the frames I ordered was discontinued. (Why is it shown on your website?) The other two arrived in a relatively short time by UPS. Neither worked for me. Your selection is great, but I find it very difficult to find suitable frames online. This is one of those purchases that is best done at a physical eyeglass store. When I attempted to return the frames that did not work, I could not find the link on your website to print a return UPS label. (My receipt says this is available on the MyAccount page, but I could not find it. I requested chat assistance, but it only indicated someone would email me soon. I never received the chat assistance.) I gave up and arranged for the return of the frames myself. I will visit a physical store as soon as I am able.

Website walk through of frames and lens selection pretty good but if you want to change lens options, it seems like you have to start anew... I selected the Varilux Physio DRx Polycarbonate for $289. I don't see any big improvement over my old pair. It is supposed to be more crisp and more clear images. If a light is perpendicular to the lens, it looks like the lens is blurred in spots. That turned out to be a reflection of the area around my eyes. I never saw that with my old lenses. The Transitions option works as advertised. I had to adjust the nose bridge and arms but that is normal because this is the way it is with online purchases. Overall, I did save about $250 over my local Optometrist.

Eyeglasses.com customer service helped me select the right size frame. This was my first time buying glasses online. They reassured me the frame would come directly from the manufacturer and could be returned if I was not satisfied. I was also able to use an additional discount. Great price for my designer frame!
