No customer service at all. not sure why you even send out a survey i am sure there is no one to read it

Borderline scam I’d say. Can’t get the glasses I paid for and no response from customer service. Will have to dispute charge on my credit card. Please avoid this website!!! They don’t deserve your money.

Terrible customer service. I didn’t receive my full refund from them and there is no one to talk to on the phone. They keep saying my refund was issued in “ full” when I only received half of it. All customer service is via email and they take days to respond. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Prices are great. Customer service is excellent. Frames are genuine and come well packed.

The order I placed was filled correctly. I only ordered frames, so cannot offer an opinion on lenses. Make sure you order what you want and that all your sizes are correct, because good luck with customer service. I have been trying for the past week to get an email response or someone to answer the phone. All I want is to set up an exchange. Also, if you try to do a return, it says on the papers that are in the package to go to eyeglasses.com, create an account, and go to the returns page. There is a link to create a return shipping label. Not there, it says page not found.

I wish I could put no stars. I ordered these frames in October and it is now April. I have received no replies for all my calls, emails and I am angry. At this point all I want is a refund, but I don’t seem to be able to get hold of anyone to make that happen. This company is the worst.
