I ordered a pair of Lightec frames from eyeglasses.com which were clearly displayed as "in stock" on the webpage....couple days later I received an email notifying me that the frames were in fact discontinued and were not in stock...order cancelled...no further resolution. I then contacted their customer service folks via web-page IM to get a better understanding of how this all went down.....the CS person I spoke with was terse but helpful....she made a call to the distributor who verified that a couple of frames were actually still available and the order was reinstated....had I not taken the initiative to dig further these guys would have lost a sale just because someone didn't do enough foot work before cancelling my order....the price for the frame was excellent which I suppose was the saving grace for the experience and will keep them in the running for future purchases.

Extensive selection of eyeglasses and priced very competitively. Item shipped very quickly. Used PayPal. I'm very, very, glad that they accepted PayPal as a form of payment.

I'm satisfied, my glasses were delivered fast and the shipping to Europe was free! 5 stars!

Eyeglasses.com was the only online store to have the frames I wanted. I emailed them to see if they were in stock and was told they were in stock, however after I placed my order I was informed that they were on back order. It was about 6 weeks before my glasses were received. I received email updates during that time. When my class a did arrive I was very please with the product. Their prices are not the cheapest but their quality is with the cost.

This is my second order. Both orders were complete. Am very happy with my new glasses.

This is my fourth or fifth pair of glasses from here. Stephanie is always helpful in getting a variety of glasses for me to choose from. They have been great to address any issues that arise or come up in a prompt manner. I highly recommend you give them a go you will save money and receive great service.
