The delivery was supper fast, I received my glasses a week after I was notified that my ordered was processed.

I did mt research and eyeglasses.com was highly reviewed, but I was still reluctant to buy something so customized to me, something that was not generic to all consumers. When my glasses arrived the prescription was perfect and I anticipate enjoying them for years. Somehow I was shipped a second pair of glasses that was actually my first choice but they were out of stock so I ordered a different pair. This pair works great; in fact, I ordered a second pair for distance only correction. After trying to get some direction via email, I turned to Trustpilot and got an immediate response from the company. I am shipping the unwanted pair back; I've been assured that the charges have been removed. All is well…now. I'm thankful we have a resolution and I have some great glasses.

My experience with Eyeglasses.com was superior. I chatted with a rep because I wanted to be sure I was ordering the right size and she was very helpful. I received e-mails regarding when the frames would arrive and they arrived just like I had hoped. I was a little skeptical because I had never ordered frames on line before, but there was a return policy . . . which I will not be using, but nice to know it was in place. My experience was actually 5 stars plus!

I received my frames promptly and well-packaged and was quickly refunded on the pairs I returned. While I didn't purchase at the lowest price on line, I felt comfortable that I was dealing with a quality organization and that was proven. I would highly recommend.

They have a ton of frames. Probably too many to browse. Spent hours searching. Their frame return policy is up to 3 frames, then a restocking fee applies. You pay return shipping. I ended up not liking the 3 frames I chose. Shopping for frames online is a crap shoot. You can't accurately determine if they are for you through pictures or uploading your own photo. But if you know what frame you want, I recommend checking here for a decent price.
