Great customer support during transaction!

I loggged onto their website and searched for the frames I found at LensCrafters. This was my first time ordering online and I wasn't sure which options to select for varilux lenses . Their customer service representative was very helpful. I sent in my prescription and glasses arrived in approximately two weeks. I'm very satisfied with my new glasses and ordered an additional pair of sunglasses. The price was considerably less than the quote I received from LensCrafters for the same frames and lenses.

I found what I liked at Costco, but they only had one color. I found, and then ordered the other 3 colors in the same style and size on Eyeglasses.com. They were sold out/discontinued on one of the three colors, and Eyeglasses.com promptly refunded the payment on the sold out style. I JUST got my new frames, and they are fabulous.

Yes it was fine, I liked that I could use Amazon pay. Nice.

I paid extra for overnight shipping but did not receive when promised. The temple(fits over the ear) is on the short side. I will probably have to replace.

I ordered frames months ago which were on back order. They were supposed to be available in March. I was never was notified that they were discontinued. I went to the website to find that out. I ordered a similar pair, but shipping was slow. They arrived, they are fine. They have styles of frames not available elsewhere, so they get some stars. However, they have frames on their website that they report are no longer available. Why?
