Highly Recommend . I like the fact that you can order frames to try on and return the ones you don't want without having to pay a restocking fee ! Other sites that I looked at all charged a restocking fee !

I ordered a pair of glasses and when they arrived, the glasses, case and box were crushed. Probably not Eyeglasses.com's fault; however, I have tried contacting them multiple times since, for the past two weeks, and have gotten zero response from them. There is nothing more frustrating than being completely ignored by customer service (or anyone for that matter). Thus I feel I must give this dismal one-star rating. If they would just respond promptly and replace my order like they should, I might be able to bump the rating up to 4 stars. But they have already lost the chance for 5. Edit: I was able to finally get a hold of them by phone, but I am still waiting to receive some non-broken glasses.
