The choices in glasses and the customer service is outstanding

This is my third pair of glasses from Eyeglasses.com and every pair has been spot on. Even with a change in prescription, there's been no need to get "used to" them. Comfortable right out of the box. Trust them.

I may have to exchange my new lenses that Eyeglasses.com made for me, and am pleased that they will do it for no charge( within 30 days ) but it would be even more user friendly if they allowed for free shipment back to them. Overall I found the service to be quick. I received my lenses within a week

They deceive you by stating that you get a second pair of lenses with your order. This would imply that it is a second pair of usable lenses and it is not. The second set of lenses are completely useless as they are not a set of prescription lenses but simply non-prescription plastic lenses. As for your reply, no you don't advertise as you stated, you advertised as "receive a second pair of lenses free". I do understand the pattern as you state but your advertisement is deceiving.. enough said.

Honestly i wanted to give them 5 stars but i couldn't look past the shipping time. It did take quite a bit longer than what was stated on their site. And i did read on their site about how long it could take if i had ordered custom lenses, which i did. The shipping time took longer than what was stated. Besides that i will say confidently that the quality of the product was great. And i still will definitely order from them again regardless of shipping time but in hopes that it may have just been a fluke.
