Disappointed!
I ordered for 3 frames, paid for next day delivery on a Friday, and by Wednesday of the next week, didn't hear anything from them. About 2 am on Thursday, I sent an email to ask because I was to travel with the frames that weekend. They shipped the frames later that Thursday and I received them on Friday afternoon. I had specified the sizes, but one of them was the wrong size and didn't fit the person I got it for. It was too late to return, since I still had to travel. I sent an email complaining about the wrong size, but no response!

Great Service - Half the Cost
Great Service - Half the Cost. I was a little skeptical ordering glasses online however very pleased with our experience. We found a frame we liked in a store and ordered the frame and lenses from Eyeglasses.com. Received our order very promptly and glasses are AWESOME. We saved over $100.

I wanted my money back after one bad …
I wanted my money back after one bad experience. I was assured by a "platinum club" rep that my order was taken care of. To mail back the glasses I had and the replacements would be in the works. I got a verification they had received the glasses and I waited only to be told by the same person that I was supposed to call to start the process? ok, the process was started I read my rx to this person to be sure it was correct 3x. only to receive a notice, I thought was an error, that they needed my RX? After the second notice I called. This is exactly what happened to the pair I had to send back. I gave my Rx to someone I could barely understand and I had to return them. I'm not wasting anymore time on the phone or writing you people I want my money refunded to my Pay-pal account or I putting a complaint into paypal. Have a good day
