I can’t believe that You have committed …
I can’t believe that You have committed the ultimate mistake under the premises of a good and honest customer service … Please take a look at my returned “supposedly fixed right temple” on my glasses, and tell me that you did not realize that you have intentionally replaced my broken temple with a USED, Broken, Wrong color temple and then charged me full price of a new one …. Really … Really …. Really? I really wonder how you still employed and in business If you can’t do it right, then say it, admit it, and kindly remove your “supposedly fixed right temple” from my glasses, refund my money, and return my glasses ASAP. As explained during our lengthy phone conversation, after hours, on Friday evening, we have supplied the "parts" for your frame repeatedly as a courtesy. Most companies do not supply parts for frames as it a very difficult task to find the right parts for older or discontinued models, such as yours. We ordered the part that the manufacturer determined to be the closest and installed your lenses - which required a drill mount - at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE - which is typically a $39.00 fee. As I also explained, if you would like to return the part - which is typically final sale - we will REFUND YOU IN FULL. Unfortunately, the company that makes your frame, no longer makes that model so we are unable to get your original model or color.
