Customer service only responded when the frames showed up at the warehouse, which happened to be a week after order. So it ended up being about two weeks waiting for frames while burning through the remaining daily contacts I had.

I always stop here first and buy nearly every pair of glasses here. Their frame selection and lens selection is unmatched. I can order precisely which lenses I want with the options I want. Prices on frames have been slightly inflated compared to other websites which offer the same frames for $30 less e.g. "BTCF3020". And, waiting times have been increasingly slow e.g. 3 day turn-around when I first started using them to 7-day turn-around today. I also wish they had a "try at home" program to check out several pairs of frames then select one for the lenses.

Got my glasses. Had them checked out at a local Walmart in optical to make sure my prescription was correct. It was spot on. This company uses on of the best labs to make lenses. Also happens to be the same lab walmart uses to make there lenses. I would recommend this company. Got a pair of Oakley frames with the upgraded plastic lenses cause that's all I needed. You could see clear as day and couldn't tell that you were looking through the cheap lenses.

Having relied on contact lenses (only) for decades, I finally opted for a pair of back-up eyeglasses. I was having problems finding a perfectly-round, metal-rim frame but discovered the perfect solution in your Dolomiti Collection. It took me three orders/attempts to find the exact size (diameter) I wanted. The 44 diameter was too small, the 48 was too large...the 46 was just right. The exchange process for the first two orders - not your fault, in any way - went very smoothly; and your email notifications allowed me to easily track my various orders prior to delivery. Also, your customer service assistance was excellent, whenever I called for their input. All in all, 5 stars...couldn't be happier.
