I ordered 2 frames and have only received 1. No explanation, Nothing ! So, Where are my other set of frames??

I was a repeat customer. After numerous calls I finally talked to a human being and ordered the same frame that I had ordered previously and was informed that they would arrive in 3 days. My previous frames had broken, but the lenses were still good. I needed the same frame so I could insert my old lenses without having to buy new lenses. After 3 days I called and was informed that the frames had been ordered and would ship when they were received. Ya didn't tell me that! After approximately a week I received the frames, but they were not the same frames and the lenses would not fit. I ended up having to buy new lenses. Poor customer service!

Still waiting for the 3rd pair of frames to do a comparison. Can't return if I never got them. Like one, maybe the second one but number 3....

I am really happy with my lenses! I was impressed with how easy it was to navigate the site and how many choices for lens types.

Great experience, great job. Replaced lenses with my prescription and the 2 pair came out great. Will use them again. All went smooth.
