They did great work on my echo frames after many stores refused to add glasses to them. Affordable and easy.

I was hesitant to buy frames here because of the bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised. I needed just frames to pop lenses back into because my daughter broke hers. I called customer service to check on the order and they answered promptly and gave me an update. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is I paid for overnight shipping and did not get them for a week because they were out of stock. I wish I knew that before I paid but in the end they did send a tracking number when the frames came to them and sent them overnight delivery.

I love these sunglasses. I'd never ordered online glasses before and am absolutely thrilled with how great they are, the price and amount of time to took to get here. Just terrific!

Ordered two pairs of glasses in March 2021. Only received one pair. Emailed, called, left voice mail... No response, no refund. Stay away from this company. EDIT 8/4/21: I filed a complaint with the BBB yesterday and this morning received a call from eyeglasses.com. It sounds like they are going to make this right so I'm changing from one star to two and I will update again when this issue is fully resolved. EDIT 9/1/21: My second pair of glasses arrived this morning. They also refunded me half of the cost of this pair. It took six months but I guess they tried at least?

These are beautiful glasses and my vision is clear and crisp wearing them. I got the Crizal no-glare which was definitely worth the extra charge.

Excellent service, product. I will continue to use it in the future.
