Fantastic. Much faster than estimated. Glasses are really nice quality.

Glasses are just as hoped. No response to customer service email though. Shipped quickly, though not as quickly as promised.

The only reason I deducted a star is because of slow service. I ordered a few frames to try on and it took about 3 weeks to get them. Once I got them, found my favorite pair, and sent the order in it was only about 10 days until I got my new glasses. They are great. Lenses are perfect, and we're about $150 less than if I ordered from an optical shop. Would highly recommend

I've seen a few improvements from my previous order. I was sent a pre-paid label for my frames to send for lens replacements. The turn-around time was greatly improved although I paid a few dollars extra for rush processing. Their prices may seem a bit higher than other places but there are fewer hidden fees e.g. they were competitively priced.

Was not honest when my eyeglasses was going to be shipped,trying to play headgames with with people money and their glasses the service was so bad that don’t know if I would repurchase from eyeglass.com

Excellent selection with reasonable prices

I got my order 3 weeks later than expected. Reached out many times to the customer support email and never got a response. Also, the glasses that I got were smaller than the ones shown on the website, pictures are deceiving. Avoid at all costs!
